Simulation

We utilise CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software extensively in order to visualise potential casting problems. Our experience with this program goes back to the very early days of casting simulations in our industry. As a result of this we have experienced rapid development of this technology and even played a part in influencing it.
A few years ago we switched to a fully-fledged CFD package. We can use it to perform casting simulations using advanced computer calculations as well as to investigate flow problems which lie outside the field of casting.
